Tell us what happened

Include the link you were creating a QR for, your browser, and any error message you saw. A screenshot can help. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.

Having trouble downloading?

On your download page, choose Download ZIP or Try download again. Keep the original browser tab open so your design stays available. If you already downloaded the ZIP, check your Downloads folder first.

If the design is no longer available, create another QR for free. Choose Continue with free download to get the PNG, SVG, and PDF files.

QR not scanning?

Try darker QR colors, a lighter background, a smaller logo, or a simpler pattern. Test the downloaded file with your phone camera. For large printed materials, the full pack includes high-resolution PNG and vector files.
